Snoop Lion's debut reggae album Reincarnation (RCA Records) has made an encouraging start on the Billboard chart.
The set opened at number 16 on the Billboard 200 Albums Chart, selling 21,301 copies in its first week.
The 12-track album features collaborations with Popcaan, Mavado, Mr Vegas, British pop sensation Rita Ora, Miley Cyrus, Bermudan reggae artiste Collie Buddz, neo-soul singer Akon and Canadian rapper Drake.

Bunny Wailer Cautions Snoop To Do "Lion Like Things" {HeadLines}
/Bunny Wailer is encouraging international entertainer Snoop Lion to do things that are lion like.
Jah B urged that after establishing the music for so many years, we should be cautious and careful of people coming into the music without understanding where it’s at and where we’re heading.
Bunny Wailer was speaking during the Entertainment Buzz Wednesday when he was asked about comments he made which questioned if Snoop was an authentic Rastafarian and his motives.
Next month, Bunny Wailer plans to release an album which features himself and his daughter Censi Love. The album is titled Save The People.
Jah B is also working on the release of his solo album Reincarnated Souls which will feature 50 tracks.
