Tommy Lee Sparta Seeks Compensation From Dominican Government

Entertainer Tommy Lee Sparta is giving the Dominican government 30 days in his compensation claim alleging that he was deported from that country because of his nationality.

In February, Tommy Lee Sparta, along with three others had gone to Dominica to perform at a show.

He says upon his arrival in Dominica, he was detained by immigration officials and denied entry without any official word as to the reasoning behind the deportation.

The deejay’s attorney Bert Samuels explains that if the government of Dominica fails to negotiate a settlement within 30 days, a claim will be filed with the Caribbean court of justice.
