The arrest of 21st Hapilos Digital Distribution’s CEO, has led to the postponement of the event’s Anniversary and Digital Awards slated for Saturday April 19.
The decision to postpone the event was made by 21st Hapilos Executive Vice President Johnny Wonder, who apologized for the inconvenience.
Kevin Reynolds, the main man behind 21st Hapilos Digital Distribution was arrested by Federal Marshals at JFK Intentional airport in New York on Sunday for a 10 year old murder.
US law enforcement officials have confirmed to Music News that Reynolds has been extradited to Maryland where the crime is said to have been committed.
Hapilos 21st Digital Distribution has offices in Kingston and Madison, in New York and is responsible for digital distribution for some of the biggest names in dancehall and reggae.
