International Grammy nominated reggae artist Wayne Wonder is once again grabbing mainstream media this as the singers latest video “Reset It” was featured on MTVIGGY.COM earlier this week.
A division of the Viacom Media Network which is also the parent entity for channels such as MTV, MTV2, MTV Jams, VH1 and CMT, MTVIGGY.COM is known for bringing cutting edge global music and artist to the U.S audience. The site features new videos, interviews and music from artists across the world who are making impact in their own regions.
Wonder who came to Jamaica in October teamed up with local based video production company Icey Jace Film Factory and shot scenes for “Reset It” in the parish of Portland. The song was produced by Grammy Award winning producer Austin “PayDay” Green of Pay Day Music Group and currently has over 75,000 youtube views in just under 2 months of being posted.
According to Green the project was an overwhelming success. “I must commend everyone involved in making “Reset It” the hit that it now is, a lot of hard work went into the production and marketing of the song and video. We have been campaigning the project heavily and our efforts are paying off. Currently im launching my new line of branded T Shirts called “Self Driven” and it really encompass what Team Wayne Wonder, Team Pay Day and Team Icey Jace are about”.
