The promoter has inked a major deal with manufacturing and distribution giants Wisynco to sponsor the show with their popular energy-drink brand, Boom.
"I am very happy that Boom is on-board with us as the official title sponsors for Christmas Reggae Extravaganza. They have given us support with the show in the past, and this year, the support from them will be much stronger," said Taylor.
The popular Guinness brand is also one of the major sponsors of Christmas Extravaganza this year.
"Guinness is the other major sponsor on-board with us. With the support from Boom and Guinness and our other sponsors, we will be able to produce another good show for our loyal patrons, who have continued to support the show over the years," Taylor explained.
As is the norm, Boom Christmas Reggae Extravaganza will feature a number of top reggae and dancehall artistes. Some of the artistes already confirmed for the event are headline acts such as Bounty Killer, Sizzla, Capleton, Beenie Man, I-Octane, and Cham.
"Over the years, patrons attending the show have enjoyed a top-quality event. Even last year, when we didn't have any major sponsors, we were able to live up to expectations. This year, things will be even better. As time goes by, we will be making announcements about what we have planned for our patrons in terms of special features that will be a part of the show this year. We are currently finalising the line-up for the show, and so far, we have contracted a number of top acts," said the promoter.
The other sponsors for the event are IRIE FM, CVM TV, OnStage, HOT 102 FM, and LINKZ FM.
Boom Christmas Reggae Extravaganza will take place on December 25 at Independence Park in Black River, St Elizabeth
